At XPN, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items with original tags. Please ensure your returns are sent back in their original packaging to guarantee a full refund or seamless exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your XPN account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a digital return authorization.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn garments back into their original shipping box or a similar secure mailer, ensuring all designer tags and labels remain attached.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized courier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
